- Nationally renowned speaker on unintended pregnancy, Sarah S. Brown, co-editor of Best Intentions, a publication of the National Institutes of Health (Day 2 only)
Day 3:
- "Creating Patient Loyalty" with Fred Lee, author of If Disney Ran Your Hospital: 9 1/2 Things You Would Do Differently
- For in- and outpatient health care staff, this session provides insights and practical strategies for building patient loyalty
- Fred Lee is an expert on what it takes for health systems to be viewed as "outstanding" by employees, consumers and the community
