Honor a Loved One with a Commemorative Gift
A popular way to contribute is with a commemorative gift. You can make a gift in honor of a loved one or a friend, or pay tribute to a special caregiver such as a nurse, doctor or hospital. Commemorative gifts are a wonderful way to mark a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation or other significant event. When you make a commemorative gift, it will be acknowledged in Perinatal Perspectives newsletter and in IPN's annual report.
Many companies and foundations match the charitable contributions of their employees. Some companies even match contributions made by retirees or spouses. Just contact your Personnel or Human Resources Office for eligibility requirements and obtain a Matching Gifts Form. Fill out the employee portion of the form completely and mail to:
