  • A Smoker's Guide to Cessation: Half of all people who have ever smoked have quit. The determining factor in your success is your desire to stop smoking. The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) provides this helpful guide.
  • Indiana Tobacco Quitline: The Indiana Tobacco Quitline offers free, confidential, comprehensive telephone counseling and information about how to quit tobacco for all Indiana residents. Services are available in English and Spanish with translation services offered for other languages. The Indiana Tobacco Quitline is accessible from 8am to midnight, seven days a week.
