Perinatal Bereavement

This committee is charged with the development of a statewide conference and of a consensus statement with recommendations for the state.

A state conference "Perinatal Loss: Building a Community of Caregivers," October 20-21, 2005 explored current bereavement practices.
Subsequently, the subcommittee will develop a perinatal bereavement consensus statement with specific recommendations to help ensure that comprehensive support and services are delivered to affected Indiana families. Perinatal Loss Consensus Statement
